Terms and conditions of the "VOLTRUSH – START" price promotion
§1. Promotion organiser
The promotion organiser is VOLTRUSH Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Belzacka 176/178, 97-300
Piotrków Trybunalski, , entered in the National Court Register ( ) under , in the Register of Entrepreneurs (
) under KRS , at under number 0001172024, , NIP: 7712937818, REGON: 541681231 ("Organiser").
§2. Duration of the promotion
The promotion runs from 27 January 2026 at 00:01 to 31 March 2026 at 23:59.
§3. Terms and conditions of the promotion
1. The promotion applies to VOLTRUSH powerbank rental services ("Service") offered by Voltrush Sp. z o.o.
with its registered office in Piotrków Trybunalski (KRS 0001172024), provided through all available sales
channels, i.e. via the Organiser's website (at www.voltrush.pl) and the VOLTRUSH mobile application, as
well as in partner applications and stores.
2. Promotional prices are valid only when purchasing the Service during the promotional period specified in §
2 above.
3. Promotional prices are lower than the prices that will apply after the promotion ends.
4. Promotional prices and prices applicable after the end of the promotion are made available together in one
place, i.e. on the website https://www.voltrush.pl/cennik and in the VOLTRUSH application, in a clear,
unambiguous and non-misleading manner, without the use of crossed-out prices.
§4. Scope of the promotion and promotional prices
1. The following promotional prices apply during the promotion period:
o Option 1 – "quick": up to 2 hours of rental -> PLN 6.99; up to 24 hours of rental -> PLN 12.99;
o Option 2 – "at your leisure": up to 6 hours of rental -> PLN 9.99; up to 24 hours of rental -> PLN
12.99;
o Option 3 – "all day": up to 24 hours of rental -> PLN 12.99; each additional day of rental -> PLN
12.99.
2. After the promotional period ends, the prices of the services offered will be as follows:
o Option 1 – "quick": up to 2 hours of rental -> PLN 8.99; up to 24 hours of rental -> PLN 16.99;
o Option 2 – "at your leisure": up to 6 hours of rental -> PLN 12.99; up to 24 hours of rental -> PLN
16.99;
o Option 3 – "all day": up to 24 hours of rental -> PLN 16.99; each additional day of rental -> PLN
16.99.
3. The prices referred to in sections 1 and 2 are gross prices and include VAT.
§5. General provisions
1. The promotion described in these Terms and Conditions cannot be combined with other discounts and
promotions.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the promotion early only for important, objective reasons
beyond the Organiser's control, such as IT system failure, changes in legal regulations or significant market
disruptions, in which case information about the termination of the promotion will be immediately made
available through the sales channels, and the rights acquired by consumers will remain unaffected.
3. The promotion does not change the other terms and conditions of the Service set out in the Terms and
Conditions of Use of VOLTRUSH services, available at https://www.voltrush.pl/regulamin-uslug, including
the rules regarding complaints.
